The website www.calebasse.com (hereinafter the "Site") is an e-commerce platform dedicated primarily to the online sale of products from the company Calebasse.

In connection with accessing, consulting, browsing, and using the Site and the services it offers, you are required to share your personal data with Calebasse.

Retention of personal data

Generally speaking, your personal data will only be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Subject to exceptions, Calebasse retains your personal data:

  • until your account is deleted or in the event of account inactivity for 600 days;
  • in the absence of an account, for the entire duration of our commercial relationship.

Beyond these periods, your data is retained for three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship for data processed for promotional purposes, five (5) years from the end of the commercial relationship for data kept for evidentiary purposes, and ten (10) years from the closing of the financial year for data kept for accounting purposes.

Your rights regarding your personal data

In accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • you can request access to the personal data Calebasse holds about you and obtain a copy of it, including in electronic format;
  • you can request the correction, update, and deletion of your personal data, as well as the restriction of its processing;

  • you can withdraw your consent when it has been collected, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal;
  • you can share your "last wishes" with Calebasse regarding your personal data in the event of your death (for example, its deletion or its transmission to any person of your choice).

In certain cases, you must explain to Calebasse why you are exercising one of these rights and, if necessary, provide proof of your identity.
